Mac Users (For MAC OS 8.6 at least):

1.Place your mouse cursor over the image.

2.Hold down the mouse button until the pop-up menu appears

3.Choose "save image as". This will save the image in your hard drive. MadameW recommends saving to the desktop as it will then be easier to find.

4.Open the control panel "Appearance"

5. Click the "Desktop" tab and drag a picture onto the sample screen.

6. Click "Set Desktop". If the picture is small (128 by 128 pixels or less), a new desktop pattern is added to the patterns list. If the picture is larger than 128 by 128, a new desktop picture is displayed.

Windows Users (Windows 95, 98 & NT):

1. Place your mouse cursor on the image you have selected.

2. Click on the right mouse button which I hear gives one something called an "option bar". (Can you tell which operating system MadameW uses?) Scroll down to and highlight the option {Set As Wallpaper} and then use the left mouse button to click it once.

3. Your wallpaper is now set on your desktop. If the image does not appear then refresh your desktop.
